Paleo Pancake Recipe

Only serves 2 and takes approx. 25 min.

2 - Large Eggs
1/4 tsp - Cinnamon
3 Tbs - Coconut Milk
1 Tbs - Coconut Flour
1 Tsp - Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp - Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp - Baking Soda
1 small pinch of salt
2 Tbs - Ghee or fat of choice

1. Whisk eggs in bowl.
2. Add cinnamon, milk, flour, syrup, vanilla, baking soda and salt to eggs.
3. Heat pan and add ghee or fat and make your small pancakes.
