Pal-what?


I am officially joining the blogging world today. This blog is going to be about my new adventures trying to cook and eat Paleo. I first heard about the Paleo diet last year, during my lunch with co-workers, my first thought was:"god that would be torture!". The general guidelines are: eat what cavemen ate and no processed food.

 My boyfriend is very into the crossfit scene and has been asking me cook healthier with him. For those who don't know, crossfit and Paleo tend to go hand in hand. If you don't know what crossfit is, just YouTube it.

Being day 2 of this diet has been great so far....but I haven't had any carb cravings yet.....YET :s.  I have learned that you can't succeed this diet without a few key ingredients: eggs, bacon, fruit, veggies, chicken/beef or any other  previously living creature, coconut flour and SPICES! 

So now I present to you my first Paleo meal ever. The last picture is one of my breakfast this morning and I have to say was amazing!  Thanks for reading and come back!
